IphoneFlex is committed to providing a comprehensive warranty policy that ensures the quality of your phone.

IphoneFlex Warranty Duration

At iPhoneFlex, we offer a 12-month iPhoneFlex Warranty™ on the battery of your iPhoneFlex phone and 24 months on the entire phone. Please note that the duration of the iPhoneFlex Warranty™ may vary depending on the country of purchase. This warranty starts from the date of your purchase and covers all established defects, and we will take care of the repairs.

What is Included in Our Warranty

  • Guaranteed Fast Repair: We start our warranty process within 24 hours of receiving your phone.
  • Replacement Device: If we cannot restore your phone to its previous state, we will replace it according to the original order.

What is Not Covered

  • User Damage: If the fault is due to actions such as physical damage, using the phone against instructions, or other negligent actions.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear of the phone and the battery are not covered by the warranty.
  • Cracked Screen or Cracks: Damage to the screen is not covered by the warranty.
  • Software Issues: Problems related to software are not included.
  • Virus Removal: We do not cover the removal of viruses or malware from the phone.
  • Improper Use: Any damage resulting from improper or unusual use of the phone is not covered.
  • Opening the Phone: Physically opening the phone by yourself or a third party will invalidate the warranty.
  • Transport Damage: If the phone is damaged during transport due to your negligence, it is not covered.
  • Tampered Serial Number/IMEI: If the phone's serial number or IMEI has been tampered with, the warranty is invalid.
  • Indirect or Financial Damage: We do not cover any indirect or purely financial damage resulting from phone breakage, such as data loss.
  • Damage to Specific Functions: If features such as the glass, home button, camera, or others are damaged due to improper use, the warranty is invalid.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: If you or a third party repair or replace the phone without written consent from iPhoneFlex, the warranty is no longer valid.
  • Water Damage: Any damage caused by exposure to water and/or steam or by bending the phone is not covered.

Changes in Ownership

If you sell your phone within the warranty period, you must inform iPhoneFlex about the change in ownership. Warranty extensions are not transferable and only apply to the original owner.

Additional Costs

Please note that iPhoneFlex reserves the right to charge €25 for shipping costs if the warranty is deemed invalid or if "Find My iPhone" is enabled. We may also request photos of the phone before you send it in for warranty repair.

Sending Your iPhoneFlex iPhone for Warranty

  1. Fill out the Warranty Form To start the process, fill out the warranty form at . This will help us understand the problem with your phone and assist you better.
  2. Back up Your Data Before sending your phone for repair, make sure you have backed up all your files and data. This ensures your information remains safe during the repair process.
  3. Pack Carefully It is your responsibility to pack the phone carefully and protectively before sending it to iPhoneFlex. Your packaging must prevent damage during transit.
  4. Shipping Instructions Send your phone to the specified address using the designated carrier, as indicated. Remember, you are responsible for the safety of the phone until it reaches iPhoneFlex.
  5. Special Handling If your phone is marked as fragile and requires special handling during delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
  6. International Shipments For those shipping phones from a country outside the EU, you must cover the full shipping costs, including any potential customs fees.
  7. Disable Find My iPhone Before sending the phone, make sure the "Find My iPhone" or "Zoek mijn iPhone" feature is turned off. We cannot proceed with repairs or provide a replacement device until this is disabled.
  8. No Accessories Please do not send any accessories with the phone for warranty repair. iPhoneFlex cannot guarantee the return of accessories as part of our warranty service.

Repair Process

  • If we find a fault, our repair service will take care of the necessary repairs. In cases where spare parts are difficult to find, too expensive, or the phone is not worth repairing, we will replace it with another device of the same model and condition. The replacement phone will match the aesthetic state of the phone you submitted.
  • Generally, iPhoneFlex warranty repairs take approximately 10 business days from the day the phone arrives at our facilities. During holidays or unusual circumstances, the repair time may be longer. The repair time depends on factors such as the quality of the phone, the availability of spare parts, the extent of the fault, and technical considerations.
  • If your iPhoneFlex Warranty™ has expired or been invalidated, we offer paid repair services. We will provide a free diagnosis and an estimate of the repair costs. Any replaced parts during a paid repair are covered by a 12-month iPhoneFlex™ warranty.
  • If you need an official statement from iPhoneFlex for your insurance company regarding the required repair, there is a fee of €40 for this.

Please note that iPhoneFlex devices are not covered by Apple's limited warranty or any AppleCare plans.
